Most Common

Commercial Cleaner

Daily and weekly office, clinic, retail and industrial cleaning. Documented checklists mean you always know exactly what's expected — no guesswork, no surprises from your supervisor.

Team Lead / Supervisor

Oversee a crew across one or more sites, handle quality control and client walkthroughs, and help train new team members as we grow into new markets.

Subcontractor / Crew Partner

Bring your own crew and equipment and take on contracted sites under UpClean's flat-rate pricing model. Steady, recurring commercial accounts — not one-off gigs.

No — many of our team members started with no professional cleaning experience. We provide WHMIS training and a documented checklist so you always know what to do.

Is this full-time or part-time?
